Shipping Information

At Mog & Rue, we will do our best to quickly send out your order. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. If any of your items are on backorder we will ship your in-stock items and notify you via email of the approximate ship date for the backordered item(s). Should there be any other delay to your order you will be notified within 7 days after placing your order.

Regular service: 5-7 business days
Priority service: within 3 business days
Overnight service: available for most items. Overnight orders must be placed before 10 a.m. PST, Monday through Thursday. Overnight orders placed before 10 a.m. PST on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures that are beyond the control of mogandrue.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

Backorders

If an item in your order is backordered, you will be notified via email with the approximate ship date for the backordered item(s).

Shipping to PO Boxes

Orders sent to Post Office boxes can only be sent via USPS priority mail. Expedited orders cannot be sent to PO boxes.

Shipping Outside of North America

Mog & Rue does not currently offer international shipping. We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
