Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept your online return. Our goal is to make your visit to Mogandrue.com a pleasant experience.

If an item is unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, has tags attached and is received within 30 days of the date of sale, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item.

If you purchased the item, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment:
  •  If purchased with a credit card, that same credit card will be credited.

If the item was a gift purchased by someone else, you will be issued a gift card, for the cost of the item, that may be used online or in our stores.

If the item was damaged in shipping or is defective, please notify Mog & Rue within 14 days of the date of sale and return the item so that we may issue you a refund or replace the item at our cost. Please call us at 1-760-635-2664, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.

To Return Website Merchandise

Please choose from one of the following options:

Option 1:

You may use the pre-paid Mog & Rue Return Label that is included in your shipment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To use the Mog & Rue Return Label follow steps a-d:
 a. Complete and enclose the Mog & Rue Return and Exchange Form
 b.  Securely package the return
 c.  Affix the pre-paid Return Label to your package. Be sure to cover any original shipping labels.
 d.  Drop your package off at any UPS store, UPS drop box, or UPS authorized shipping center.

Option 2:

You may also use your own trackable and insured shipping method* and mail your return to:

*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return. Mog & Rue is not responsible for customer returns that are lost in shipping.

Option 3:

Merchandise can also be returned to any Mog & Rue storefront location with the original packing. Item must be unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and tags must be attached. You can find a list of our store locations on the About Us page. Please Contact Us with any questions you might have.

To Return Store Merchandise

Our store carries various items that we do not offer online; therefore we cannot accept these returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the Mog & Rue store location where you made your purchase. You can find our store location on the About Us page.
