Our website is the fastest and most convenient method to order from us. Shopping online enables you to easily track an order, access your order history and utilize our additional account features such as the Wish List.

International Orders

We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including your order number and an approximate total amount to be charged. You will receive Mog & Rue’s requested notification from our carrier when your order ships. You will also receive confirmation of delivery from the carrier directly.

To Check Your Order Status

If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order online at any time simply by clicking on Check Order Status and logging into your account.

Credit Cards

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We are in the process of setting up our online shop to accept Mog & Rue gift cards. Please call us directly at 1-760-635-2664 to process any online orders with a gift card.

Items are charged to your credit card at the time of your online purchase. If the only item(s) ordered is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item(s) ship. Your shipping and handling charge will be adjusted to the value of the shipment.

Promotion Codes

We offer various online promotions from time to time. You have the option of entering a promotion code during the checkout process in order to utilize that promotion.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within California. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to addresses outside of California.

Price Differences
