All of our instructors are instructors at reputable fashion schools and/or local designers.
Fashion Classes
- Fashion Sketching Classes ~ Ages 8 - 14
- Next session: Mondays 4pm - 5:50pm, October 17th - November 14th.

This class teaches students everything from drawing the basic croquis to illustrating fabrics, skin tone, and notions. By the end of a session, the students should be able to illustrate a composition complete with face, hair, garments and shoes. They will learn the 9 head croquis and commercial patterns. Students will also learn commercial patterns and how important sewing is in relation to being a fashion designer. It makes a great prep class for any junior high or high schooler planning to apply to fashion school and a fun extracurricular class for anyone interested in fashion.

This class teaches students everything from drawing the basic croquis to illustrating fabrics, skin tone, and notions. By the end of a session the students should be able to illustrate a composition complete with face, hair, garments and shoes. Students will learn to make basic patterns that can be used for their own fashion designs. They will learn to drape a muslin bodice and skirt, on a custom dress form that will be created from their own body shape and measurements. By transferring their drape to pattern paper, they can create a pattern used to sew a muslin dress for fitting purposes.
